Rentals
Music Studio
We have several music studios (with pianos) available for rent. They vary in size and can accommodate 2 - 20 people. Rental rates from $35 per hour. Contact us to schedule a visit.
Multipurpose Classroom/Dance Studio
Theatre South Playhouse offers a basic dance studio space with wooden floor and mirrors. This space could also be used as a general purpose space for classes, auditions and rehearsals.
Blackbox Theater
We offer a 95-seat full functioning theater with lighting and sound. The space provides an intimate setting for small productions and is flexible in it's arrangement.
Theatre South Rental Fees:
Dance Studio Rental: $85/hour (2 hour minimum)
Theatre Rental: $300/hour (3 hour minimum)
Music Room Rental: $30/hour (1 hour minimum)
Sound System: $200/per event (includes 2 handheld wireless microphones)
Additional Handheld Microphones: $50 each/per event
Lighting System: $100/per event
Projector: $50/per event
TSP Staff: $40/per hour (required for any rental in studio or theater)
TSP Lighting or Sound Tech: $50 per hour
Cleaning Fee: $100 (required for Dance Studio or Theater Rental)
Tables: $25/per table
Chairs: $2.50/per chair
Rental Terms:
● A 50% deposit is required before the start of the rental term, along with the Staff and Tech fees paid in full
● Remaining balance is due upon final exit of the rental space
● Only TSP approved Techs are allowed to be used during the rental term
● No lighting fixtures are to be moved around or changed
● No existing equipment can be taken down.
● No smoke or fog machines are permitted.
